Missing Juvenile – Joanlie Caliz- from the 15th District
On Sunday, January 8, 2017, at approximately 4:00 PM, the complainant, 14-year-old Joanlie Caliz was last seen at her residence on the 4300 block of Elizabeth Street; she has not been reporting to school. Joanlie has never been reported missing; it is believed that she may be in ND Street and Lehigh.

Story is He played like he understood that she had to get her money, being as though they had just had a break up and move out 1 week before the incident.
He partied with her got smoked and drunk and as she was asleep he cut her weave off down to the braids, before he snuck out of her house he also repossessed several clothing, shoes, as well as deleting all selfies.
