The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 66 year old Missing Person Elena Webb. She was last seen on Friday, September 1st,, 2017, on the 700 block S. 19th St.
Elena is 5’3” 130 lbs, small build, brown eyes, medium complexion, and gray (above the ears) hair. No clothing description. She is reported to suffer from Schizophrenia.

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person 54-year-old Mark McCrae. He was last seen on the 1300 block of South Chadwick Street on Monday, March 19, 2017.
Mark is 5’6″, 150 lbs, medium build, brown eyes, medium complexion, with black hair. He suffers from Glaucoma.

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 18 year-old Missing Person Raheem Robinson. He was last seen at 3:35 P.M. on Saturday, Tuesday March 20th, 2018, stepping off the subway at the Spring garden station.
He is 5’7″, 166 lbs, medium build, medium complexion, with black (above the ears) curly hair. Raheem is wearing a navy-blue jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt, a black hat, dark blue jeans and black sneakers.
